We believe that a client should be entitled to keep all their compensation. We therefore offer a no win no fee scheme that we consider to be unrivalled.
We guarantee that if a client succeeds with their claim they will receive 100% of damages.
In the event that they do not succeed there will be no cost whatsoever.
In the case of a successful claim we recover costs from the other side.
Before a client places instructions with any Solicitors they should check under what circumstances they could be expected to contribute towards costs.
Most Solicitors do not charge if a claim is unsuccessful. However, if it is successful often some damages are retained in part payment of costs.
As a firm we do not believe that deducting anything from a client's damages is necessary or reasonable and agree in writing at the onset of instructions that clients will receive 100% of their damages.
We advise all clients to be extremely careful in dealing with Claims Management Companies to ensure that they do not tie themselves into arrangements where large chunks of their damages are eaten up in Administration costs or in taking out very expensive and unnecessary insurance policies.
In suitable cases we take out insurance to protect you against the risk of paying the other sides costs in the event you do not succeed with your claim. This is at no cost to you.
We will also check any insurance policies you have to see if you have any household/car or other insurance covering legal costs.
